*New Event August 2021* - Preparing for your first semester as an academic

Join us for a 1 hour crash course where Dr Sam will share her tips on starting your first semester as an academic.

"When I started out there wasn't a dummies guide to the higher education game. Now that I have racked up experience as a lecturer, senior lecturer and academic head of department hindsight is a wonderful thing. Learn from my mistakes, listen to my tips and have a few laughs along the way. I'll help sail into your first few weeks as a fully fledged academic staff member with confidence" The 1 hour session is a talk from Sam plus summary notes for the session will also be sent direct to your inbox. The session will take place via Zoom this year due to Covid-19. We look forward to seeing you in person very soon.
